Registration

  • The 70th Annual General Assembly and Scientific Meeting of the Japan College of Rheumatology will be held on-site only.
  • Annual Course Lectures (ACL) will be held in a hybrid format.

Please register your participation via the registration system before visiting the venue.

・Pre-Registration: Friday, February 16, 2026, noon - Thursday, April 16, 2026, 5:00 p.m. (JST)

・Standard Registration: Friday, April 17, 2026, noon - Friday, April 24, 2026, 4:20 p.m. (JST)

*After 5:00 p.m. (JST) on Thursday, April 16, the standard fee will be applied.

*Registration categories should be your status as of Wednesday April 22, 2026 (JST).

*Allied Health Professionals (except for JCR members) and Students are required to upload their

identification certificate or its equivalent formal document (PDF/JPG/PNG/GIF) when they register.

*Registration is required for all participants, including graduate student.

Registration Card (Name Badge)

Please check in at the registration desk at 1F of Fukuoka International Congress Center and receive a Registration Card (name badge). Please wear your name badge inside the venue.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation deadline is 12:00 noon (JST) on Monday, April 20, 2026.

10% of your total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

*No cancellation is accepted after 12:00 noon (JST) on Monday, April 20, 2026.

* Transfer fee might be charged separately.

Participation Certificate

Participation Certificate will be issued at the Registration Desk upon check in.

Receipt

If you need a receipt for the registration, you can download it on your account page until 12:00 noon (JST) on May 29, 2026.

*Receipts cannot be issued after the above deadline.
